We had a tree come down on our fence after one of the recent storms. We called Smucker Fencing, they were out a few days later to give us an estimate. They quickly got us on the schedule a few weeks later and did a great job repairing the fence. Fast and efficient work. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs fencing to give them a call.

The estimator who came out to the house originally was wonderful. The crew who installed the fence was great and the fence looks amazing. We did have issues with trying to call and get ahold of anyone in the office. Originally we were told someone who call us to confirm when they would be out to start our fence. We never got a call to confirm this and I eventually called to try to get this answered and had to leave a voicemail. When I got a call back, the woman was slightly rude saying "we told you that it would be between 7:30 - 8:00 am" and I told her "yes but you said you would call to confirm". She seemed bothered that we followed up. We also tried calling because we wanted to see if we could get an additional gate added during the building process and we did not get a call back on that either. I did email as well and did not get an email response either. When we did eventually get a call back after the fact, the woman in the office seemed like it was a bother to even return our call.

While the work crew was great and the fence looks amazing, it would have been nice to be able to get ahold of someone when needed.

Smucker Fencing, they replaced a 20-year-old stockade fence that had seen better days with their dog-eared Red Cedar I was so impressed with how they build the fence on site it is sturdier, and all the wood is thicker. This fence will probably out last me. It was great working with Steve and his crew they plug away all day without any breaks and are extremely professional.
And their proposal was the best out the three we received.
It is a good feeling when you know by the work and product that you picked an excellent company.

I had a great experience with Smucker Fencing! Monica, from the office, was very nice and understanding. She also loves dogs and understood my situation . John was quick to come to our home and suggested a hot wire to be added to the top of our existing fence. The workers were very friendly and professional ! They actually were able to get the job done ahead of schedule . My dogs each got zapped once and were quick to learn. I now feel they are safe and won’t jump the fence. I would highly recommend Smucker Fencing! Thank you to everyone involved in getting this job done fast and efficiently ! We are very happy with the job!
